Hello, I’m Alex – a registered Nutritionist and all-round health enthusiast. My goal is to declutter the information in the wellness space. We live in a time where there is so much information being thrown at us, it becomes difficult to understand what to believe.
I strive to cut through the misinformation and provide evidence-based content that all can understand.
I studied Sport & Exercise Science at university and completed a Postgraduate Degree in Nutrition. I obtained the highest grade possible in both of my degrees, it was at this time I also discovered my passion for writing. This led me to create this website, to use my passion and knowledge to help others create a better and more holistic life.
